Or just a stupid, miscalculated jump...

This photo was taken on July 28, 2011 at Warped Tour.

Notice the duct tape and padding around his side and middle. That's from the three broken ribs he got from falling off of a platform at a Hollywood show.

Also, he was a bit of a jerk at the show on the 28th. A pretty jerk with beautiful eyes and an amazing voice, but still a jerk.

he didnt seem to be acting jerky...? but then again i was getting smushed by a lot of fan-girls (no offence to them, i am one too lol) soooo i wouldnt know o.O
